Caragh Development is a Boston based real estate development company with a focus on re-purposing underutilized properties. Its principals are Chris Starr and Tyler Langlois. Chris received a Bachelor of Science from Babson College where he played baseball and a Masters in Business from Boston College. Tyler received a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Masters in Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Prior to partnering in 2008, both were project developers – Chris at Winn Development and Tyler at National Development.
It is our goal that every project we tackle results in high quality housing and commercial space as well as success for all business partners including those from the financial, public and contracting sectors.
